NexXGEN Peptides LLC
Last Updated: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information NexXGEN Peptides LLC (“NexXGEN”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit nexxgenpeptides.com, create an account or place an order. It also explains how we use and share that information and the choices you have. Our products are sold only to qualified professionals aged 21 or older, for laboratory research use only.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to our website, customer accounts, orders, customer support (email, phone and text) and our marketing emails. It does not cover the websites or services of other companies that we link to.

2. Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address, password, phone number, date of birth, purchaser type (research field) and, if you provide it, your business or institution name.
  • Eligibility and compliance records: each of the following is recorded with the date and time and the version of the terms you accepted:
    • your confirmation that you are 21 or older;
    • your acceptance of our Terms of Service;
    • your acknowledgement that our products are for research use only and not for human or animal consumption.
  • Order details: billing and shipping addresses, the products you buy, the research field and acknowledgements you give at checkout, order notes, and records of payments and refunds.
  • Messages: what you send us by email, text message, phone or our contact forms, and notes of any call we make to verify your account.
  • Alerts and sign-ups: your email address if you ask to be told when a product is back in stock or sign up for our emails.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • your IP address, and an approximate location worked out from it;
  • your browser and device type;
  • the pages you view, the searches you make, the links you click and the time you spend;
  • the page that sent you to us;
  • cookie and similar identifiers.

Some of our analytics tools record how you move around and interact with pages, for example clicks and scrolling, so we can improve the site. To protect sign-in, our security logs keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies. These keep you signed in (for up to 30 days if you tick “Remember me”), keep your cart, and remember that you have signed in on this browser before. They also protect the site and its forms, including Google reCAPTCHA.
  • Analytics cookies and tags. Tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Jetpack, Metorik and Triple Whale show us how the site is used.
  • Advertising tags. Tags from companies such as Google and Meta measure our ads and may be used to show you our ads on other websites.

Your choices:

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Without essential cookies, parts of the site will not work.
  • You can limit ad personalization in your Google account’s ad settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
  • Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, to confirm you are eligible (21 or older, research use only) and, where needed, to verify your account by email or phone.
  • To process, ship and support your orders, including payments, refunds, shipping protection and returns.
  • To keep records showing that our age and research-use-only requirements were met.
  • To answer your questions and send service messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and account notices.
  • To send marketing emails or text messages if you have agreed to receive them.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to keep the site secure.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

6. How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Payment processors that handle card and bank payments, such as NMI and Link Money, and the other payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our site.
  • Shipping and fulfilment providers, such as ShipStation, our carriers (for example UPS and USPS) and Route, if you choose shipping protection.
  • Email and messaging providers, such as Klaviyo, and the services that run our sign-up forms and deliver our email.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google, Meta, Microsoft (Clarity), Triple Whale and Metorik.
  • Security and fraud-prevention services, such as Cloudflare, Wordfence and Google reCAPTCHA.
  • Our website host and technology providers that run the site.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Our service providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. Analytics and advertising providers also use it under their own privacy policies.

7. Do we sell your information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws may treat our use of advertising and analytics tags (see section 4) as “selling”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising”.

To opt out, email us at [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell or share”, and use the cookie and ad-setting choices in section 4.

8. Emails and text messages

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time with the link in any of them. If you agree to receive marketing text messages, reply STOP at any time to end them; message and data rates may apply. We will still send messages about your account and orders.

9. Payment information

You enter your card or bank details with our payment processors, which handle them under their own security standards. We keep:

  • the type of payment method;
  • the last four digits, where provided;
  • the result of each transaction.

10. How we protect information

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access, security monitoring and firewalls. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

11. How long we keep information

  • Account information: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period after it is closed.
  • Orders, invoices and tax records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to seven years.
  • Eligibility and research-use acknowledgements: as long as we keep the related account or order records, so we can show our requirements were met.
  • Security logs: for a limited period, then deleted.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
  • correct it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • opt out of marketing, and of “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising;
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

How to make a request:

  • You can update your account details in My Account.
  • For any other request, email [email protected] or call 561-318-1508.
  • We will confirm your identity before acting on a request.
  • An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

We may keep records that the law requires us to keep, such as orders and tax records. If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

13. California residents

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information:

  • identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number and IP address;
  • customer records, such as addresses and payment records;
  • date of birth, to confirm age;
  • commercial information, such as orders;
  • internet activity on our site;
  • approximate location;
  • professional information, such as purchaser type and business name.

We collect this information from you, from your device and from our service providers. We use it for the purposes in section 5 and share it with the recipients described in section 6. We use sensitive personal information, such as your account password, only for purposes the law allows. California residents can make the requests described in section 12.

14. Age requirement

Our site and products are only for adults aged 21 or older who are qualified to buy research materials. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States. Our service providers store and process information in the United States and may do so in other countries. If you use the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States.

16. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as scientific references or our service providers. Those websites have their own privacy practices, so please read their policies.
